Cross Training is here and our first FREE introductory class is May 7th at 9:00am or Saturday May 11th at 9:30am

You’re invited to participant this upcoming Monday, May 7th at 9:00am or Saturday, May 12th at 9:30am for Riverside’s FIRST Cross Training Class! These 2 Classes are OPEN to all and we want YOU to experience the wrath of Cross Training. So, I guess you’re asking…what are the benefits of Cross Training and why the heck should I consider doing this? Cross Training….
• Reduces exercise boredom
• Produces a higher level of all around conditioning
• Conditions the entire body, not just specific muscle groups
• Reduces the risk of injury
• Work some muscles while others rest and recover
• YES…You can continue to train while injured
• Improves your skill, agility and balance
Let’s see…class description? It’s like nothing you have ever done before! CrossTraining is an experience. Once you try it, you will be hooked. Cross Training workouts can sound very intimidating, too hard, too much for your body to handle. You’ll find yourself pushing farther than they ever you’d ever thought possible; you’ll find that your will is much stronger than you ever thought. You’ll leave knowing that they gave it YOUR all, completed the workout and then THANK US! Then in the next sentence, “When is the next class?”.
Once you try it, you WILL come back. Guaranteed. This class is for all age levels, all fitness levels!
